On behalf of the Board of Directors of Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to be a vendor in our upcoming festival. Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off will be holding it's annual Hot Air Balloon Festival this summer from July 8th - 11th at Lamoureux Park in Cornwall.

This year we anticipate the arrival of 25 hot air balloon teams and with this we expect generate the largest crowds in the history of our event.

Our Entertainment Package has not been secured.

Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off '06 headliners included Loverboy, Colin James and Alannah Myles
Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off '05 headliners included Trooper, David Wilcox and Glass Tiger
Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off '04 headliners included Kim Mitchell, Honeymoon Suite and the Caverners, a tribute to the Beatles.
Cornwall Lift-Off '03 headliners were April Wine & a tribute band to ABBA

In addition, we have six balloon launches scheduled over the four-day event. We have flights scheduled from the Park at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday July 8th, at 6:30 am and 6:30 pm on Friday July 9th, at 6:30 am and 6:30 pm on Saturday July 10th and also at 6:30 am on Sunday July 11th. A large Midway will be on the grounds. Please be advised that rain and/or high winds may force the cancellation of any of these balloon activities.

The Board of Directors of Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off has set the following vendor policy:

• Each vendor is to pay $450.00 per location for the 4 day event. Fees will be paid prior to the opening of the festival and a $225.00 deposit (certified cheque or money order) is due by March 31, 2010.
• There is to be a maximum of two vendors with the same food/retail use on a first
  come first serve basis.
• Lift-Off, at its sole discretion, will determine vendor location.
• All Vendors are required to meet all licensing and insurance requirements for the
  City of Cornwall and provide proof of same to Lift-Off. The required amount of insurance is 2 million dollars with the City of Cornwall & "Cornwall Lift-Off Hot Air Balloon Festival Inc." being named as the additional insured. This is a MUST.
• All vendors must pass & have the Eastern Ontario Health Unit Certificate.
• All vendors must pass a safety & fire inspection.
• PLEASE NOTE: "All Vendors are to be aware that the selling of Hot Dogs and Hamburgers are prohibited due to an exclusive contract with our Major Sponsor."
